Pocket Films Ltd (company number 03470409), registered at 80 Grove Lane, Holt, Norfolk, NR25 6ED, United Kingdom ('Pocket Films', 'we', 'us', 'our'), operates the Pocket Films platform (the 'Platform'). Our Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms.
Pocket Films is a professional platform connecting creatives, production teams and service providers. It combines a searchable profile and listing marketplace with professional messaging and collaboration tools.
Users (Free Accounts): Users may create projects, message other users, follow providers and access collaboration tools.
Providers (Subscription Accounts): Providers promote services, create listings and access enhanced platform features through paid subscription plans.
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and all activity conducted through your account.
Provider subscriptions are billed annually unless otherwise agreed. Full payment is due at the start of each subscription term.
No Mid‑Term Refunds: Subscription fees are non‑refundable once a term begins. Downgrades to a lower tier (including Foundation) take effect at the next renewal date.
Mid‑Term Upgrades: Providers may upgrade during the term. The price difference between tiers will be charged on a pro‑rata basis for the remaining portion of the subscription.
Failed or Missed Payments: If payment fails (for example due to a declined card), Pocket Films may downgrade the account to the Foundation tier and remove paid features until payment is resolved.
Promotional Discounts & Coupon Codes: Pocket Films may from time to time offer promotional discounts, credits or coupon codes to selected customers at our sole discretion. Such promotions may be subject to eligibility criteria, usage limits, time limits or subscription tier restrictions. Pocket Films reserves the right to verify eligibility for any promotion and to remove or invalidate discounts applied to accounts that are not entitled to them. Where a promotion has been applied incorrectly or in breach of its terms, Pocket Films may adjust the subscription price to the applicable standard rate. Promotional discounts have no cash value and are not transferable unless expressly stated. Pocket Films may withdraw, modify or discontinue promotional offers at any time.
Pocket Films provides a platform enabling Users and Providers to discover each other and collaborate. Pocket Films does not employ Providers and is not a party to agreements between Users and Providers.
Users should independently verify the accuracy, availability and suitability of any Provider information displayed on the Platform (including information presented through tools such as Juno) before making commitments.
Providers should similarly satisfy themselves as to the standing and legitimacy of Users before entering into work or collaboration.
Pocket Films does not routinely verify or guarantee the identity, credentials, licensing, insurance, availability or reliability of Providers or Users.
Any verification badges, profile completeness indicators or other signals shown on the Platform are provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as confirmation of suitability.
Users remain responsible for carrying out their own due diligence before entering into agreements with Providers, and Providers remain responsible for assessing Users before accepting work or collaboration.
Users and Providers retain ownership of content they upload. By uploading content you grant Pocket Films a licence to host, display, distribute and promote that content within the Platform.
Providers must ensure listings and profiles are accurate, current and not misleading.
Users and Providers must not misuse the Platform solely to identify or contact each other for the purpose of deliberately bypassing the Platform's intended operation.
Pocket Films may review, edit, suspend or remove content or accounts where we reasonably believe they breach these Terms, are misleading, infringe third‑party rights or create risk to the Platform or its users.
The appearance of any profile, listing, review or recommendation on the Platform does not constitute endorsement by Pocket Films.
Pocket Films may determine how profiles and listings are displayed using automated systems, editorial judgement or commercial considerations such as relevance, profile completeness, activity levels, subscription tier and user engagement.
The Platform may retain records of communications conducted through Pocket Films messaging systems and may use those records where necessary for moderation, safety, operational purposes or dispute resolution.
We aim to keep the Platform available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Access may occasionally be interrupted due to maintenance, upgrades or events outside our reasonable control.
All intellectual property in the Platform (excluding user content) belongs to Pocket Films. You may not copy, scrape or reproduce the Platform without permission.
To the extent permitted by law, Pocket Films is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to subscription fees paid in the previous 12 months (or ÂŁ100 for free Users).
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms or misuse of the Platform. Paid subscriptions already in progress are generally non‑refundable except where required by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
These Provider Subscription Terms form part of the Pocket Films Terms of Service.
Pocket Films offers subscription tiers which may include Foundation, Stage, Spotlight, Showcase and Enterprise.
Subscriptions are billed annually in advance unless otherwise agreed. All fees are exclusive of VAT where applicable.
Providers may upgrade plans mid‑term with the price difference charged pro‑rata. Downgrades to a lower tier take effect at the next renewal date.
If a subscription payment fails or remains unpaid, Pocket Films may downgrade the account to the Foundation tier and remove paid features.
Pocket Films may update subscription features for future subscription periods.
